Are you looking for a way to improve your fitness, adopt healthier habits, and enjoy quality time with friends or colleagues? If so, STEPtember 2023 is the perfect event for you.

STEPtember challenges participants to reach 10,000 steps per day from September 1st to 30th, using various activities such as walking, swimming, dancing, wheeling, or running. And with our convenient STEPtember app, tracking your progress has never been easier.

With the app, you can:

Track your steps and other activities throughout STEPtember
Include steps synced from Google Fit or Apple Health
View your step count and fundraising rank
Access individual, team, and organization leaderboards
Earn challenge badges and celebrate your achievements
Share your progress on social media
Use a personalized QR Code to request sponsorships from friends and family
Track your donations and fundraising total
